RESIDENTIAL BROADBAND TERMS

1 SCOPE
1.1 These Residential Broadband Terms are supplementary to the Customer Terms and apply to the following Residential Broadband Products:
(a) Residential Fibre 50
(b) Residential Fibre 100
(c) Residential Full Fibre (up to 900Mb, subject to availability)
1.2 In these Residential Broadband Terms, capitalised words and phrases will have the same meaning as in the Customer Terms unless otherwise defined.
1.3 In these Residential Broadband Terms, key:
(a) Residential Fibre features are set out in paragraphs 2–3
(b) Residential Full Fibre features are set out in paragraph 4
2 RESIDENTIAL FIBRE 50
(a) Line rental based on a monthly subscription cost of the circuit.
(b) Broadband speeds of up to 50 Mbps downstream / 10 Mbps upstream (depending on location and availability).
(c) Unlimited data usage.
(d) 1 x Dynamic IP address included.
(e) Router provided, capable of supporting fibre services.
(f) Standard support (see paragraph 5).
3 RESIDENTIAL FIBRE 100
(a) All of the Residential Fibre 50 features as set out in paragraph 2.
(b) Broadband speeds of up to 100 Mbps downstream / 20 Mbps upstream (depending on location and availability).
(c) Unlimited data usage.
4 RESIDENTIAL FULL FIBRE
(a) Line rental based on a monthly subscription cost of the circuit.
(b) Packages available up to 900 Mbps downstream / 115 Mbps upstream (depending on location, package chosen, and availability).
(c) Unlimited data usage.
(d) Router provided, capable of supporting full fibre services.
(e) Standard support (see paragraph 5).
5 CUSTOMER SUPPORT
5.1 Customers may report an incident relating to the provision of Residential Broadband Products to Coconnecta Customer Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
5.2 Coconnecta will review and investigate incidents during service hours: 08:00am – 08:00pm, 365 days a year.

6 COCONNECTA RESIDENTIAL BROADBAND SPEEDS CODE OF PRACTICE
6.1 Coconnecta will provide estimated broadband speeds at the point of sale where possible.
6.2 If actual speeds fall significantly below the estimated range, the customer may have the right to cancel the agreement without penalty, in line with our Broadband Speeds Code of Practice.
7 GENERAL
7.1 The provisions of the Customer Terms continue in full force and effect, save as expressly amended by these Residential Broadband Terms.
7.2 In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Residential Broadband Terms and the Customer Terms, these Residential Broadband Terms will take precedence.
